About the Position: The Recreation Coordinator at CAMBA's Magnolia House Women's Shelter is responsible for developing and implementing recreational activities that promote client engagement and skill-building. This position requires a strong understanding of group dynamics, program planning, and implementation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead recreational activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our clients, such as arts and crafts, sports, and games.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive program plans that address client goals and outcomes.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to clients to ensure their successful transition into permanent housing and/or employment.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $53,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
