The Role:
As a Clinical Engagement Specialist with The Jewish Board, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health and social services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, provide support, and connect them with the resources they need to improve their overall well-being.

Your Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients, assess their needs, and develop personalized plans to support their goals
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and education to help clients manage their mental health and daily challenges
• Connect clients with community resources, services, and support groups to enhance their overall well-being
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on client-centered care
