Job Overview:
The Recreation Coordinator at CAMBA's Magnolia House Women's Shelter plays a vital role in enhancing the social development of our clients through therapeutic and recreational activities. This position involves maintaining professional relationships with clients, organizing activities, teaching physical education and arts, and communicating effectively with colleagues and funders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
* Organize and lead activities to promote social development and well-being
* Teach physical education, arts, and music to enhance creative expression
* Plan and coordinate events to maximize program outcomes and performance targets
* Design and produce visual displays to reflect cultural and seasonal themes
* Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Licensed Master's degree in Art Therapy preferred (LMSW or LCSW, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy)

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $53,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
