**Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective outreach and recruitment strategies to engage with diverse communities
- Coordinate the intake process, including collecting eligibility documents and assembling and maintaining participants' folders
- Collaborate with staff members to ensure program enrollment outcomes are met
**Requirements**
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar environment
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by underserved communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $50,000 per annum
