Position: Engineering Executive - LaSalle Investment Management

We are in search of an innovative and strategic Engineering Executive to become part of our LaSalle Investment Management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a global engineering team and collaborate closely with product and business units to harness technology and achieve remarkable results for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and cultivate a diverse global engineering team, emphasizing the recruitment and development of exceptional engineering talent worldwide.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including business executives, product managers, and enterprise technology groups, promoting collaboration and delivering results as a unified team.
  • Work alongside product and business leaders to pinpoint opportunities where technology can drive substantial improvements and spearhead the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement, fostering innovation and remaining at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Supervise the design, development, and deployment of scalable and dependable solutions to enhance efficiency and promote business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on engineering and transformation projects.
  • A proven history of successfully leading and managing global engineering teams.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, data-driven architectures, and contemporary development frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, complemented by a strategic outlook.
