Position Overview:
The Vice President of Clinical Engineering Operations at Compass Group USA will oversee the strategic planning and operational management of our Clinical Engineering services across multiple regions, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
2. Oversee the preparation of account budgets and variable budgets for sales and operational expenses.
3. Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures while implementing effective operational strategies.
4. Maintain regular communication with healthcare facility administration to address priorities and service needs.
5. Foster strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and support.
6. Lead the recruitment, training, and development of Regional Managers and Account Managers to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or healthcare administration field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in clinical engineering or healthcare support services management.
- Proven track record of managing P&L budgets and leading teams of senior professionals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.
