Moreover, the Vice President will ensure that significant strategic projects are converted into actionable, quantifiable, and measurable plans.

The role also involves the development of materials and support for administrative functions, including activities related to the Board of Directors and HFS.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program planning, design, and implementation efforts to guarantee the success of the Healthy Community Model.
  • Manage deliverables and activities associated with HFS awards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, board members, staff, and both internal and external partners.
  • Exhibit full engagement and leadership in relation to the organization’s project management work.
  • Ensure that critical strategic projects are transformed into actionable, quantifiable, and measurable plans that align with strategic priorities.
  • Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment, consistently meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning and development to support organizational sustainability.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required for this position.


Education and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree required or an equivalent combination of a bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of leadership and related experience required.
  • Strong program management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage intricate details while contributing to the strategic direction.
