About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to handle all front office functions for the practice, ensuring that patients and their families receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to establish positive working relationships, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate front office functions, including patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls.
  • Ensure seamless communication with staff, management, and patients.
  • Provide customer service-oriented support, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, communications).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in a medical or dental setting.
  • Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
