Burnett Specialists is a dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts.
About You:
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have prior experience in an office setting.
- You are bilingual in Spanish and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
- You will answer inbound calls, greet visitors, and direct calls, as well as assist with online inquiries and social media contacts.
- You will research new leads, enter information into our CRM program, and provide backup support to our inside sales team.
