Job Description:
Dental Office Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage patient schedules, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of patient records, including demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with patients to schedule appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations.
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements, insurance claims, and payment processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance on dental care and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in dental administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Open Dental software highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
