Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert translation and interpretation services for the claims team during calls, emails, and documentation.
  • Assist in translating client communications and policy-related documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Spanish-speaking clients and the claims team.
  • Ensure all translated materials are accurate and clear to maintain proper understanding of claims processes.
  • Help coordinate meetings or interviews between claims team and Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to urgent requests for translation support as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong translation and interpretation skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
