Business Development Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Research and analyze market trends to stay informed about industry developments and potential clients.
- Develop and execute compelling sales strategies to showcase CCS Facility Services offerings and demonstrate how our solutions meet the needs of prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering services to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, in a clear and professional manner.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of proven track record in outside sales, with a focus on facility management services or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of facility management services and industry trends is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
