Business Development Associate

At SMH Business Services, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with consumers and team members alike, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with consumers, providing friendly and helpful answers to their product inquiries, and working closely with customers to service their needs and complete the sales process. They will also navigate challenging customer questions, maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor, and learn our sales techniques to achieve high closing rates and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create purchase orders and mediate the onboarding process with the client and consumer
- Generate new accounts and successfully add them to the CRM with timely responses to all account questions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with success and ease in negotiating and upselling
- A friendly and good-natured professional who prioritizes positive relationships
- Quick and efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Top-tier communication skills with an outgoing and friendly personality
- Thrives in a challenge and stays calm under pressure
