Business Development Representative

Career Movement is a team-oriented technology recruiting firm with locations across the U.S. Established in 2007, we've worked with top companies and clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to cutting-edge internet and software start-ups. To meet the growing market demand, we are seeking a highly motivated and performance-oriented individual to join our collaborative team of recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions.
- Candidate Recruiting: Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients.
- Learning Program: Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed.

- Exude a competitive spirit as evidenced by demonstrated success in school, athletics, music, or another field.
- Communicate confidently in person and over the phone.
- Strong interest in business development and sales.
- Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- An ambitious, outgoing personality, and a will to win.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
