Territory Manager

Hop & Wine Beverages, LLC is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing sales volume in assigned territories and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
About the Job:
- Reports to the Area Sales Manager
- Becomes familiar with the EoMobile System (entering orders, tracking orders)
- Grows sales volume in assigned territory/route
- Executes and closes sales calls
- Finds and follows up on leads: including researching new, potential opportunities within territory
- Gets appointments and or makes cold calls to find new accounts
- Maintains strong relationships with existing customers to keep them satisfied
- Visits current customers regularly to grow the existing business with each account
- Looks for new brands/products to sell to customers every day
- Takes care of customer questions about credit, delivery, product information and other topics
- Sends and transmits orders for customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Drives, replaces, and maintains point-of-sale and marketing materials
- Planes and attends events with vendors and supervisors
- Tells management about weekly activities, including goals, sales, prospects, and leads
- Achieves sales goals set by the Area Sales Manager
- Works together with managers, vendors, and other HWB staff
- Attends and participates in monthly sales meetings at HWB offices
- Delivers products as needed
- Gets competitive information to report to the Area Sales Manager
- Does in-store tastings (where legal) at least once a month
- Is available to customers and managers
- Covers routes when needed
- Cleans and troubleshoots draft lines and equipment as needed
Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
