Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team at Hop & Wine Beverages, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in growing market share with current and prospective customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Area Manager
  • Becoming fully familiar with the EoMobile System (entering orders, tracking orders)
  • Growing sales volume in assigned territory/route
  • Executing and closing sales calls
  • Following up and closing any provided/gained leads: including researching new, potential opportunities within territory
  • Obtaining appointments and or cold calling to aggressively pursue new accounts
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers to maintain maximum level of customer satisfaction
  • Regularly visiting current customers to grow the existing business with account
  • Soliciting new brands/product to customers daily
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
  • Placing and transmitting appropriate orders for customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Transporting, replacing, and maintaining POS/marketing material
  • Planning and attending events in cooperation with Vendors and Supervisor(s)
  • Reporting regularly to management on weekly activities including goals, sales, prospects, and leads
  • Achieving sales goals as directed by Area Sales Manager
  • Participating in work-with with managers, vendors and other HWB personnel
  • Attending and participating in monthly Sales Meetings at HWB offices
  • Delivering product as needed
  • Capturing Competitive information to report to Area Sales Manager
  • Conducting in store tastings (where legal) at least once a month
  • Being accessible to customers and managers
  • Providing route coverage where necessary
  • Cleaning/troubleshooting draft lines and equipment as needed
  • Other duties as directed or assigned by supervisors/managers
