Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Hop & Wine Beverages, LLC. This role is primarily responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships in the Richmond area.

About the Role:

  • Reports directly to the Area Sales Manager
  • Becomes fully acquainted with the EoMobile System (entering orders, tracking orders)
  • Grows sales volume in assigned territory/route
  • Executes and closes sales calls
  • Follows up and closes any provided/gained leads: including researching new, potential opportunities within territory
  • Obtains appointments and or cold calls to aggressively pursue new accounts
  • Maintains relationships with existing customers to maintain maximum level of customer satisfaction
  • Regularly visits current customers to grow the existing business with account
  • Solicits new brands/product to customers daily
  • Handles customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
  • Places and transmits appropriate orders for customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Transports, replaces, and maintains POS/marketing material
  • Plans and attends events in cooperation with Vendors and Supervisor(s)
  • Reports regularly to management on weekly activities including goals, sales, prospects, and leads
  • Achieves sales goals as directed by Area Sales Manager
  • Participates in work-with with managers, vendors and other HWB personnel
  • Attends and participates in monthly Sales Meetings at HWB offices
  • Delivers product as needed
  • Captures Competitive information to report to Area Sales Manager
  • Conducts in-store tastings (where legal) at least once a month
  • Is accessible to customers and managers
  • Provides route coverage where necessary
  • Cleans/troubleshoots draft lines and equipment as needed

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
