Job Overview:
Hop & Wine Beverages, LLC seeks a skilled Beverage Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for executing merchandising needs by stocking and rotating beer products in clubs, grocery stores, and other high-volume off-premise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stock beer to shelves and rotate stock to ensure optimal product visibility
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and order products as needed
• Build and maintain displays in compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with area managers to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally move heavier items
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with beverage industry practices and regulations

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
