Position Overview:
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing management practices and developing leader capabilities through proactive training and real-time coaching.

Your team will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders, including Legal, Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence, to identify capability gaps, design effective solutions, and implement them at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Development:

Build and nurture a collaborative team that works seamlessly across People Solutions and other functions, while effectively managing sensitive topics such as workforce changes, performance issues, and employee accommodations.


Program Implementation:

Actively support front-line leaders in executing essential programs and provide immediate coaching on employee management.


Compliance Management:

Oversee compliance and audit processes in accordance with labor regulations in partnership with the Legal team.


Separation Oversight:

Collaborate with Business Partners and the People Experience Delivery team to manage organizational transitions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with People Solutions, Legal, and other departments to achieve desired outcomes.


Change Facilitation:

Assist leaders in navigating organizational changes, effectively communicating initiatives, addressing concerns, and minimizing resistance.


Process Development:

Create and maintain consistent frameworks across global teams while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.


Data Utilization:

Leverage HR analytics to gain insights into leadership effectiveness and organizational health, using data to inform decisions and drive improvements in leadership practices.
