Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Post job vacancies and establish interview schedules within our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse.
  • Coordinate interviews through our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Support Cahill's involvement in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Assist in organizing activities related to Cahill's summer internship program.
  • Represent Cahill at career fairs.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for office personnel.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with the annual open enrollment process.
  • Help generate reports for various benefit programs and annual summaries.
  • Provide backup support for the HR Generalist regarding benefits inquiries and changes throughout the year.

Payroll Administration:

  • Act as a backup for payroll on employment verification tasks.
  • Draft employment verification letters.
  • Serve as a liaison with payroll on employee-related changes.
  • Monitor employee vacation accruals.

Compliance:

  • Ensure that Cahill's employment practices align with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate compliance with city, state, and federal regulations and manage necessary postings.
  • Track employee compliance training and organize training sessions as required.
  • Maintain HR documentation.

Management of HR Technology:

  • Oversee Viewpoint as a combined HRIS/payroll system.
  • Ensure data accuracy in our performance management software (Lattice).
  • Manage employee information in our learning management system (Absorb).
  • Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures manual for HR.

Employee Experience and Retention:

  • Assist in the planning of HR events and training sessions.
  • Coordinate the procurement of promotional items and manage inventory with the marketing team.
  • Support various HR projects as needed.
  • Act as a reliable resource for employees.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude and outlook.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • This is a full-time direct-hire position. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office.
  • In addition to a competitive salary, we provide an annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • Cahill covers 100% of monthly premiums for employee medical, dental, and vision coverage for HMO and PPO plans, with multiple options for spouse/partner and family coverage.
  • Additional benefits include a wellness stipend, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions and an annual discretionary contribution.

The base hourly range for this non-exempt role is targeted between $33.65.
