Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create precise job descriptions and requisitions for various roles.
  • Manage the posting of job openings and oversee the application screening process.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Facilitate company-wide training programs and prepare monthly training reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Relevant experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information:
This position may require eligibility for government security clearance, necessitating U.S. citizenship and completion of a background investigation.
