About the Role

Moderna is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our RSV marketing efforts in the US. As a Senior Director, US Marketing, RSV, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel brand strategies and plans to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive annual brand plans for the US market, aligning with commercial brand positioning, brand narrative, disease awareness, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with global brand teams, internal support functions, and executive leadership to manage integrated multi-channel plans.
  • Drive insights to optimize brand campaigns and ensure alignment with brand objectives, goals, and budgets.
  • Prepare and execute best-in-class brand plans, manage launch excellence, and develop strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with global marketing teams to ensure consistent strategic and tactical implementation of global communication programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial, medical, and regulatory teams to navigate complexities in rapid response vaccine development.
  • Ensure clear engagement plans and roadmaps for US stakeholders across functions are aligned to brand strategies.
  • Support field and partner needs, including brand training and best-in-class tactical tools for engagement with customers.
  • Partner with the global brand team to lead US implementation of core media and digital campaigns for optimal use, brand recognition, and ROI.
  • Provide strong project management and leadership on key communications activities and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in vaccines/pharmaceuticals brand management and/or customer-facing roles.
