Role Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing top-tier administrative support, ensuring that both internal staff and external clients receive exceptional service. This position requires a friendly and organized individual who is adept at managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls.
  • Welcome vendors, clients, and other visitors with professionalism.
  • Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and database management.
  • Coordinate shipping and courier services.
  • Maintain communication with building management.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years in a front desk or receptionist role

Skills:

  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
