Key Responsibilities:

As the initial point of contact for our office, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service. The Receptionist will engage daily with clients, manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, oversee incoming mail, maintain organized common areas, and fulfill other specific duties as outlined below. This is an entry-level position with significant potential for advancement.

  • Greet, welcome, and appropriately direct visitors.
  • Handle phone calls and forward them to the relevant personnel.
  • Manage office supplies and groceries, placing orders as necessary.
  • Send and receive mail and other correspondence.
  • Maintain a log of mail and correspondence.
  • Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the office.
  • Ensure a safe and clean reception, kitchen, and meeting areas by adhering to established procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to embrace growth and new challenges.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Typing speed of at least 55-60 WPM (attach a screenshot of results to resume).
