**Key Responsibilities**
• Professionally answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls
• Ensure all visitors receive a courteous and professional welcome
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby, reception area, and conference rooms
• Manage the distribution of all mail deliveries to the correct recipients
• Provide essential assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as needed
• Support the legal team by organizing and filing documents into client files
**Qualifications**
• Experience in handling telephone calls and managing challenging situations
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
