About the Role
The Sr. Manager, AM Treasurer's Office plays a pivotal role in overseeing various activities and information related to expenses of products advised by Fidelity. As a key member of the Expense Oversight team, you will engage independently in interpreting expense arrangements, delivering instructions to operations teams, reviewing results for accuracy, and providing subject matter expertise to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Interpretation of expense arrangements
- Delivering instructions to operations teams for processing
- Reviewing results for accuracy, including accruals, payments, and reporting
- Providing subject matter expertise to various stakeholders

Long-Term Areas of Focus
- Ensuring proper execution of controls
- Analysis of risks and controls to ensure proper mitigation over time
- Developing solutions as needed for new products or changing business requirements
- Partnering with key stakeholders on both tactical and strategic systems enhancements

Requirements
A minimum of 6 years industry experience or equivalent, along with a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent. Proficiency in technical accounting standards, operational risk management, and internal controls is essential. Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is also required.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000-$180,000 per year
This role offers the potential for professional growth through the knowledge and skills gained, and relationships developed. You will be responsible for the oversight of certain expense types, products, and/or processes. This involves working with and developing relationships within the Treasurer's Office, Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations, key business partners within Asset Management, and various businesses across the firm.
