About the Role
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Strategic Operations Leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Laboratory Chemicals Division. This role will be responsible for leading a team of 5 direct reports, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business growth through improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement division-level continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead a team of 5 direct reports in achieving strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project management and deployment
- Implement lean culture and project deployment tools across the organization
- Coordinate performance management framework and measure performance against divisional and company goals

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, supply chain, operations or business preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in an operations/manufacturing leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and see the 'bigger picture'
- Excellent customer management and financial skills

What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
