Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our North America Securities Finance business. As the Head of North America Securities Finance Product Services, you will be responsible for developing strategic direction and business development initiatives for our Securities Finance business.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop the strategic direction and business development initiatives for our Securities Finance business.
  2. Cultivate and enhance relationships within the Securities Finance business.
  3. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to build out client pipeline via executive network.
  4. Represent Securities Finance Collateral Management on social media, panels, conferences, and other events within the region.
  5. Maintain senior relationships with clients and prospects for long-term client retention and business growth.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the Securities Finance Collateral industry.
  • Capital Markets and Enterprise Platform experience.
  • Fintech experience.
  • Industry connections and demonstrated credibility within the Securities Finance industry.
  • Experience designing or using Trading Platforms with an understanding of industry practices.
  • Go To Market strategy experience is a valuable asset.
