Business Development Representative

We partner with brands and influencers to promote clients who are at the top of their industries. Our diverse team has a background in customer service, sales, hospitality, and more.
We continue to obtain new clientele as we dramatically increase our clients' product exposure, sales, and brand recognition. We are seeking a Business Development Representative who is comfortable engaging directly with customers to market client products and increase sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate directly with customers at on-site marketing campaigns to promote products, provide service support, and establish proper channels of information and communication.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns to identify new customers and clients.
- Identify key service attributes, deliver in-depth service knowledge to customers, and educate customers on the benefits of each service option to encourage sales and new subscriptions.
- Develop marketing strategies and sales techniques for our client's on-site sales & marketing campaigns.
Requirements for Success:
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
- An Associate's degree or two-year program certification is encouraged.
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is encouraged.
- Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of client services during sales, given the proper training.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Business Development Representatives.
- Reliability in time management to follow training schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service.
