Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at MyOutDesk. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and nurture potential leads to communicate the value of our services to their current and ongoing business needs.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads to grow and retain a book of business.
- Create committed matches of company services to client requirements to close sales.
- Ensure sales services and client interactions are successful and exceed client satisfaction.
- Record client reporting and communications consistently and timely to management and/or within CRM database, as appropriate.
Requirements:
- College coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in commission sales.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Client focus and relationship development skills.
- Communication proficiency and confidence.
- Acute listening skills.
- Conversational agility and the ability to process auditory information swiftly and effectively.
Perseverance and dedication to work leads up to closing. Great documentation skills. Organizational skills. Ethical conduct. CRM competency, Salesforce experience preferred. Excellent technical capacity, including competency within web/Social Media navigation, as well as comfort operating/utilizing a range of electronic devices and applications.
