About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive client success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Success: Develop and implement customized engagement strategies to meet client needs and goals.
  • Support and Escalation: Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating regularly to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experience, implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a customer success or customer service role, with a proven track record of driving client growth and satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the role of advocacy platforms in driving client success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products, with experience using HubSpot (or equivalent CRM's), Asana (or equivalent task management tools), and Slack.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
