Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Leader will oversee retail initiatives within a designated geographic area. This role is accountable for managing a Direct Store delivery sales team within the South Texas region.
Your Contributions:
You will:
- Enhance franchise growth through effective retail execution, focusing on key elements such as shelving, pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
- Implement superior shelving standards across all product categories.
- Ensure the retail sales team adheres to the Effective Store call procedure during every store visit.
- Drive merchandising efforts at the store level, providing robust display support during critical sales periods.
- Act as the retail representative in customer business team meetings, ensuring realistic and effective programs are developed.
- Deliver expert retail programming to all accounts within your territory.
- Support supply chain initiatives and activities.
- Develop entry-level sales professionals to achieve exceptional execution and performance, with potential advancement into higher sales roles.
- Ensure successful execution of all key corporate programs at the local level by providing strong leadership to key account personnel.
- Lead and manage the retail sales team, focusing on business and human resource management.
- Recruit, select, develop, and train the retail sales team.
- Assist field sales personnel with customer-related issues, providing added value to clients.
- Analyze sales routes for maximum efficiency and participate in route deployment as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with the Category Planning group and Regional Management to ensure flawless execution of sales programs.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Category Managers to implement the right strategies to meet our objectives.
- Serve as a customer team lead, sharing information with other sales leaders and collecting feedback for the customer team as needed.

- Successful completion of drug tests, MVR checks, and background checks is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including frequent lifting and bending.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
