Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference & Events Operations Manager to join our team at TCWGlobal. As a key member of our Corporate Marketing Events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events for our partners and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event planning and execution, including coordination with the conference team and vendors
  • High-level speaker management, including VIP program management and speaker communication
  • Lead content development for conference topics, including managing content review teams, session scheduling and review, and speaker guidance on presentation best practices
  • Oversee the speaker experience, including managing speaker communication, speaker resources, and facilitation of speaker webinars and office hours
  • Operational support, including room management and coordination between the conference content and production team
  • Support cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in conference logistics, operations, and systems
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating and communicating with high-level/C-level speakers and their teams
  • Strong balance of technical savvy and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, clear, timely, responsive communication
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to work independently and with minimal direction, and ability to show initiative and deliver results
