• Provide support for internal meetings and events, collaborating closely with the General Manager.


• Distribute event-related correspondence to relevant departments as necessary.


• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files related to events.


• Utilize various office equipment to support event planning and execution.


• Uphold iCHiNA's standards in sales and marketing while fostering a collaborative environment.


• Occasionally assist with front-of-house operations, including guest interactions and event setups.


• Manage inventory of departmental supplies and promotional materials.


• Address client inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly and proactive approach.


• Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to coordinate event requirements.


• Strive for continuous improvement in operations and customer service delivery.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Promote the restaurant's positive image and suggest enhancements.


• Explore innovative marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in event coordination or related fields.


• Familiarity with restaurant management software.


• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.


• Must possess valid work authorization for employment.


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is preferred.


• Ability to thrive under pressure while multitasking effectively.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
