About the Role

Plasser American Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Aftermarket Sales Team as a Technical Parts Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Parts Team, ensuring timely assistance to customers, and driving change initiatives to support our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the day-to-day operations of the Parts Team, ensuring seamless customer support and timely resolution of issues.
  • Operate and become a subject matter expert in the Infor LN ERP System, specifically in the Aftermarket requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to direct urgent material requirements for customers, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Process orders and quotation requests, working closely with the Parts Sales Manager to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Attend weekly calls with key account customers to provide status updates and follow up on their requirements.
  • Manage and respond to customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of high-paced sales experience in manufacturing or heavy machinery.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisor experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
