Job Overview

Plasser American Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead the Aftermarket Sales Team. As a Technical Parts Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 3 individuals in the day-to-day operations of assisting customers with their needs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the day-to-day operations of the Parts Team.
  • Operate and become an expert in the Infor LN ERP System in the Aftermarket requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to direct urgent material requirements for customers.
  • Process orders and quotation requests.
  • Work directly with the Parts Sales Manager for stocking programs, kit initiation, project-based requirements, and sourcing efforts.
  • Attend weekly calls with key account customers to provide status or follow-up on their requirements.
  • Manage and follow-up on customer concerns with accurate and timely responses.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of high-paced sales experience in manufacturing/heavy machinery.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisor experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
