About the Role

Plasser American Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead the Aftermarket Sales Team. As a Technical Parts Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 3 individuals in the day-to-day operations of assisting customers with their needs in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and communication skills. They will be able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The successful candidate will be able to operate and become an SME of the Infor LN ERP System in the Aftermarket requirements. They will also be able to partner with internal teams to direct urgent material requirements for customers, process orders and quotation requests, and work directly with the Parts Sales Manager for stocking programs, kit initiation, project-based requirements, and sourcing efforts.

The role requires strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage and follow up on customer concerns with accurate and timely responses. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of high-paced sales experience in manufacturing/heavy machinery and a minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervisor experience.
