Plasser American Corp is a rapidly growing provider of railway equipment in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our Aftermarket Sales Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 3 individuals through the day-to-day navigation of assisting customers with their needs in a timely manner. They will also drive change initiatives and operate and become SME of the Infor LN ERP System in the Aftermarket requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel, and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Minimum 3 years of high-paced sales experience in manufacturing/heavy machinery and minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisor experience are required. A Bachelor's Degree is also necessary.

Plasser American Corp offers a competitive salary, 80 hours of paid time off during the first year of employment, 10 paid holidays per year, and a 401(k) match of $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed up to 6% of salary. Tuition reimbursement, free short and long-term disability, free life insurance, and company events are also offered.
