Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive sales and new business development for GreenSlate. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new opportunities through research, networking, and marketing efforts, as well as leveraging existing company relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on the GreenSlate sales strategy to drive new business, including managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to nurture leads and build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and other events to foster relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Understand prospect needs to effectively communicate the value proposition of GreenSlate's solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, account management, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in middle-market software sales.
  • Proven experience executing sales playbooks and utilizing sales tools to facilitate efficient sales.
  • Los Angeles, CA market preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to articulate solutions based on client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but not required.
