Head of Survey Operations

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head of Survey Operations to lead and manage our survey division.

As the Head of Survey Operations, you will be instrumental in the effective execution of surveying projects and the comprehensive management of the survey division. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of surveying professionals, ensuring the delivery of superior surveying services, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Your Contributions:

  • Provide strong leadership to the survey division, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work atmosphere.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects in alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of surveying services into overall project timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance effectively.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their surveying needs and providing responsive solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
