Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Verification: Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and final bill preparation.
  • Front Desk Operations: Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility: Flexible overnight hours are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
