Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at BEL USA. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing long-term partnerships within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for clients, ensuring strong, lasting relationships by addressing their needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, preparing and providing accurate quotes based on customer needs.
  • Follow up on all open quotes, working closely with clients to close quotes and finalize agreements.
  • Partner with Factory and Multi-Line Reps in assigned geographic areas to ensure cohesive teamwork and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client presentations and proposals, clearly communicating service offerings and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Engage with clients throughout the service lifecycle to ensure their needs are met, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing updates as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams to monitor account status, quote progress, performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience across departments.
  • Track and analyze client data, including quote activity and closure rates, to identify trends and provide insights that support improved client service and performance.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to clients, offering guidance on service options and recommending solutions that best meet their individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or Sales in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on exceptional customer support.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and with external reps.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
