Overview of the Role

This is a fully onsite role and will report into our office located in Miami Beach, FL.


You will be directly responsible for driving net-new revenue by effectively selling the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture and growth) to top producing agents. Your quota per quarter is metric'd by the amount of Gross Commission Income (GCI) you successfully bring to Compass.



Key Responsibilities

  • Persuade top-producing agents to leave their current brokerage and join Compass by highlighting the benefits of our technology, marketing, culture, and growth opportunities.
  • Bid farewell to traditional sales hassles as you work directly with decision-makers to close deals efficiently.
  • Meet your quarterly quota by bringing on individual agents or large agent teams based on their prior 12-month performance.
  • Empathize with agents' personal and professional identities tied to their previous brokerage and demonstrate an understanding of their business needs.
  • Utilize high EQ and IQ skills to navigate complex sales negotiations and develop strong relationships with agents.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a glass-half-full mentality.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings and presentations effectively.
  • Multitasking capabilities with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities.


What We Offer

Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)
