We are currently seeking a Social Media Strategy Lead to enhance our North American team.

What You Will Do: We are looking for a skilled Social Media Strategy Lead to assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives in key areas such as content creation, channel management, and community engagement, providing strategic insights to elevate our clients' brand presence on social media. - Lead the creation of briefs for creative teams, insights, and clients that clearly articulate needs and inspire impactful results.
- Conduct comprehensive social media audits, develop reports, create content strategies, and produce thought leadership materials for clients.
- Assist in research for new business opportunities and pitches.
- Establish and advise on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, providing recommendations for optimizations based on analytical findings.
- Stay informed about industry standards, community management practices, and social media trends through ongoing research.
- Collaborate with Account and Social Media teams to plan, execute, and refine social strategies for key clients.
- Develop compelling narratives that transform data into actionable insights.
- Identify cultural trends in social media and translate them into opportunities for brands and agency leadership.
- Contribute to agency-wide education on social trends, partnering with various disciplines.
About You: You bring a strong background in social strategy, including content and community management.
- A genuine curiosity to understand audiences, business objectives, and both established and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to lead research initiatives, crafting tailored social media strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, adept at converting data into clear, actionable plans.
- Capacity to align social media outcomes with broader business goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of new and emerging social media platforms and communities.
- Familiarity with social media topics such as paid media and influencer marketing.
- A strong grasp of evolving cultural trends and insights into strategic opportunities for brands.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in social strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in a social media agency is essential.
- Current knowledge of social networks and their potential for brands, along with cultural trends.
- Experience collaborating with new business teams on pitches and a proven ability to unlock revenue through strategic initiatives.
- Successful track record of working with creative, insights, and influencer marketing teams.
- Experience with global clients is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and insights.
