The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with our business and marketing objectives. Identify content pillars to structure the conversation and tailor our global brand identity, personality, and voice specifically for the social audience.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of graphics, images, and videos in alignment with our brand guidelines. Collaborate with our photographers and design team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of organic social media components of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and positive sentiment. Work closely with our Growth team to develop paid social campaigns that drive qualified leads and signups.
  • Community Engagement: Foster community engagement by actively participating in relevant conversations and discussions. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, using social media analytics tools. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize social media performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading brand socials
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Facebook groups), their respective audiences, and insights
  • Proficiency in using video editing services like CapCut and Adobe Suite
  • Proven track record of being creative and engaging with professional audiences
  • Ability to leverage internal departments for support
