Role Overview

The primary objective of the brand marketing team is to translate SWTHZ's mission into compelling brand narratives that can be utilized across various marketing channels. This effort is aimed at solidifying SWTHZ's position as the industry leader and enhancing the adoption of infrared sauna and cold plunge therapies.

As the Senior Director of Brand Engagement and Digital Marketing, you will oversee all aspects of brand messaging, content marketing, and organic social media initiatives, among other strategic projects. This position requires a creative and dynamic marketing leader capable of driving innovation, maximizing customer interaction, and elevating the SWTHZ brand to unprecedented levels.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the CEO

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of assisting a CEO in realizing their vision through effective brand and content marketing strategies. You are an accomplished executive in brand, content, and social media marketing with demonstrable experience in scaling a brand's online presence.

Key Success Metrics:

  • Increase SWTHZ's follower base to over 750 users daily (currently approximately 200/day).
  • Establish a system to ensure timely responses to follower interactions.
  • Ensure all marketing assets (both static and video) accurately reflect the brand's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across all major platforms.
  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, actively engaging with the community and fostering a lively online environment.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Leverage advanced social media analytics to assess performance, derive insights, and refine strategies for improved engagement and return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in both local and national markets.
  • Collaborate with growth teams to enhance the digital customer journey across all platforms.
  • Work alongside the growth team to develop and implement customer retention strategies that utilize personalized marketing, advanced CRM technologies, and innovative loyalty programs to significantly boost customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee all creative project management processes, ensuring that every marketing asset—from digital campaigns to physical materials—meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a demonstrated history of leadership in social media marketing, content marketing, customer engagement, and creative project management.
  • Experience in scaling social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • A well-defined process for content creation, approval, and distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset, capable of inspiring and managing teams while driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Thorough understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • A leader with exceptional communication skills, highly organized, and passionate about fitness and wellness.
