Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist

The main objective of this position is to engage potential candidates interested in joining Primary Residential Mortgage by reaching out to them through direct communication.

  • Coordinate appointments between prospective candidates and Hiring or Business Development Managers
  • Manage and organize schedules for Business Development and Hiring Managers
  • Gather essential information from prospective candidates
  • Under the guidance of the Business Development Supervisor, connect with potential candidates to spark initial interest, cultivate recruitment opportunities, and finalize agreements
  • Maintain records of potential candidate information in Salesforce
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in cold-calling and telesales
  • Previous background in appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication abilities through various mediums including email, phone, and written correspondence
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Preferences:
  • Experience in the mortgage sector is advantageous

Work Requirements:

All employees are expected to demonstrate effective communication, computer proficiency, office suitability, and compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies. Flexibility to work extended hours may be required.
