Customer Engagement Specialist (Monthly Bonus)

Job Overview:

As our company expands across the nation, our Inside Sales team plays a crucial role in advancing our mission of enhancing every home by engaging with numerous customers daily and establishing the groundwork for an exceptional experience.

Your Role:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at West Shore Home, you will be instrumental in this mission by managing calls from customers interested in home upgrades and coordinating appointments for our Design Consultants.

You will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Lead and collaborate closely with our Appointment Coordinators and fellow Inside Sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Launch your Inside Sales career through our comprehensive two-week training program facilitated by our Training & Development team.
- Respond to incoming calls with the objective of scheduling sales appointments.
- Accurately record all necessary information in our CRM system.
- Address customer requests for appointment modifications.
- Deliver outstanding service to our customers while adhering to key performance metrics that drive our business forward.

Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)
- OR Monday-Friday (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)

Experience Level:
Entry-level

Qualifications for Success:
- A proven track record of commitment and growth in previous roles or academic pursuits.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- A passion for achieving exceptional results and a willingness to share insights for success.
- Previous experience in sales or call center environments is preferred, though individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles have also excelled.
