Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain relationships with current clients and contracts while exploring new revenue opportunities.
  • Industry Collaboration: Work alongside related sectors, including Vocational Rehabilitation, the Veterans Administration, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Centers.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Plan and execute both virtual and face-to-face product training and sales presentations.
  • Product Oversight: Manage the product demonstration area, ensuring that all equipment and products are current and well-maintained.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers and provide regular performance updates.
  • Event Representation: Act as the company representative at trade shows, conventions, and similar gatherings.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or CEO.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated multi-year experience in sales.
  • Experience with government contracts is a plus.
  • Preferred background in the hearing industry.
  • Skilled in using sales technology tools.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Local to Raleigh, NC, with the capability to collaborate effectively with team members.
