Your Contribution:

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will leverage your engaging personality to foster connections with our members, serving as their trusted advisor in fulfilling their financial objectives. You will utilize your drive for success, technical expertise, and innovative problem-solving skills to ensure a positive experience for members during phone interactions or in-branch visits.

Your anticipated contributions include:

  • Creating, executing, and assessing your personalized action plan to meet individual, branch, and organizational sales and service targets.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment by aligning with branch objectives and Coastal's strategic initiatives.
  • Applying your skills to enhance branch performance metrics, thereby boosting member loyalty and achieving a premier Net Promoter Score.
  • Assisting members in achieving their financial aspirations by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Evaluating financial and credit data to suggest financial planning services, authorize loans, or refer to business partners as necessary.
  • Disbursing Credit Union funds in accordance with established lending guidelines, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed to uphold collateral integrity and compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • A minimum of one year in a retail financial institution role focused on achieving individual sales targets; or a relevant college degree.
  • Preferred experience in account management and customer service.
  • Desirable background in processing auto loans, credit cards, and equity loans.

Education: A related bachelor's degree is preferred.
